I've been a bit naughty again not blogging but I keep forgetting to post.
On the house news front, I've had a stressful week with the Bank saying they wouldn't extend the loan offer to cover the 2 weeks until completion. I had a frank exchange of views with them on the phone ( No swearing I promise) and they backed down. On Friday I'm going to inspect the flat to make sure it is up to scratch and I should get the keys within the week. I will just be glad when I have the keys and its mine. It just keeps worrying me that something will go wrong.
On a stitching front, I've been round robin stitching. I've just started a new round robin with some old friends and I've got the wee beasties RR too. I'm running later with both but I'm caught up.
This weekend is the Chatelaine workshop in London. I'm a bit anxious about it but I'm looking forward to the stitching part. Plus I get to see Gina and Rachele and meet Martina.

Sunday stitching
I've been having a very lazy day today. Spent lots of time stitching and surfing the net.
Yesterday was reall strange. My sister is moving out too and yesterday she moved into her flat share. She came over at 5pm to pick up some stuff and it was kind of sad. I'm going to miss staying in the house with her and just being able to go into the next room to speak to her. I've spent periods of time living in a different place from her before but this time is final; we are both moving out for good.
I've still not moved and the flat is still not ready. The block has power now but the individual flats don't have power meters yet. Supposedly it will take 2- 10 days to get this finished but I will believe it when I see it. I got to see the inside of the flat on Friday though and it will be worth the wait. I can't wait to move.
Stitching wise I have been stitching on Taj Mahal garden today. I am supposed to be round robin stitching today but Taj was calling loudly. I've finished part 2 of mystery 7 too over the past few days.
